Andy founded Agile Legal Solutions in 2024 to give families and business owners one place to plan both their estate and their company. He is licensed to practise law in Ontario and is also admitted in New York.

His work centres on estate planning and corporate law for individuals, families and the owners of small and medium-sized businesses. Many of his clients are both, so he looks at the will, the shares and the company records side by side, and makes sure they say the same thing.

He explains each choice in plain language, and you get a clear quote before any work begins.

Victor brings a business perspective to legal work. A graduate of Windsor Law, he also holds a degree from the Ivey Business School, and he is at his best where law and business meet.

He advises owners on how their companies are set up, governed and grown, with an approach that is practical, detail-oriented and built around what the client is trying to achieve.

Rafail came to law later in life, after a career in management consulting, technology and engineering. He spent more than 13 years serving on boards of directors, working on governance, regulatory and compliance matters, so he reads a company file the way an owner does.

He was called to the bar in England as a Barrister of the Middle Temple in 2011 and in Ontario in 2019. He holds an LL.M. from Queen Mary University of London and an MBA, and he is a Chartered Manager, a Corporate Secretary and a commercial mediator.

Joseph is counsel to Agile Legal Solutions and a Partner at Keliny Law Firm, an Oakville business law boutique.

He acts for business owners, professionals and entrepreneurs across Ontario on corporate and commercial matters, including shareholder issues, and brings that experience to the firm’s corporate clients.
